Mayumi is a CPA, former international finance executive, and a financial expert, with over 15 years of vast financial experience and knowledge. Her career began with Price Waterhouse serving Fortune 500 companies, but her passion to make a difference with entrepreneurs forced her to choose a purpose-filled path of her own. Mayumi has formed over 4 businesses in the past 11 years focused on financial education & empowerment with an emphasis on designing customized financial literacy programs for children, women, entrepreneurs & families. Mayumi's rare and powerful combination of industry and entrepreneurial experience provides a necessary perspective that most accounting service providers do not have. Frances is an MBA, former corporate controller, and financial manager with over 15 years of accounting experience. She has specialized in working with construction companies and various entrepreneurs including real estate investors. Committed to extraordinary service, Frances believes that having solid communication and dedication will build a great team. Her strength in working with people, training skills, and compassionate nature, are assets for this enterprise. Frances lives in San Diego with her husband of 14 years, and 2 children.

Weni is a CPA with over 12 years of professional accounting experience. She received her Masters degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business in Austin. Weni has been a tax specialist with extensive experience working with both corporate and individual clients, and has real estate industry expertise in multi-state corporations and partnerships including REIT tax compliance. Having worked at Ernst & Young and other private companies, Weni, like many of the other CPA MOMS™, left industry to fulfill on a deeper passion to empower other CPAs, and is dedicated to expanding the business and its vision of supporting entrepreneurs throughout the nation. Weni lives in San Diego with her husband and three children.

Joan is an award-winning marketing communications talent with more than twenty years of experience in developing and implementing successful, creative, integrated marketing communications programs for Blue Chip companies, small businesses and non-profits, including Deloitte, American Express and the National Association of Women Business Owners. She specializes in helping markets embrace new products or services, and in developing innovative strategic alliances to expand markets and leverage resources, and her programs have generated millions in revenue and image development. She has also been a reporter whose work has appeared in top news media across all platforms, such as CBS News, 60 Minutes, ABC News, 20/20, and Primetime Live, The Crusaders on NBC, The Washington Post and business and international publications and online media, including The New Economy and worldpulse.com. She has also been an Adjunct Professor in the Communications and Journalism Department of Columbia Union College in Maryland. Ms. Michelson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from UCLA, and a Masters of Business Administration from Bernard M. Baruch College, of the City University of New York in their executive program. She has also completed various post-graduate studies, including at Harvard University and The Aspen Institute.
