Shelly is a CPA. She graduated from University of San Diego with a B.S. in Accounting and went on to San Diego State University to obtain her Masters in Accounting with a Tax Specialization. She began her accounting career in 1997 and after working in a local San Diego tax firm that specialized in high net worth individuals and their related business she decided to venture out on her own. She is a QuickBooks certified ProAdvisor who specializes in business and personal accounting/bookkeeping, sales and use tax, payroll tax and payroll related services, property tax, business and personal income tax and CFO related services. Shelly loves digging into the details and assisting clients in organizing and streamlining accounting procedures and helping to build their business.

Jaime is a CPA with over 10 years of accounting and finance experience. Most recently, she was the Controller for an entertainment website, metromix.com, and developed the accounting department from the ground up. Jaime started her career in public accounting at KPMG in Chicago and then moved to the corporate world at Tribune Company. Jaime excels in a smaller business setting working directly with management to help them understand the financial status of the company. Jaime is goal-oriented, a hard worker and will take the time and effort to get the job done right!

Jamie has over 20 years of success in managing all aspects of finance in private companies of all sizes, Jamie is a CPA (inactive) and former corporate controller based in San Diego. Jamie has a proven record of developing and implementing operational controls that improve the bottom line. Jamie has experience in a variety of fields including Professional Services, Property Management, Retail, Construction, Publishing and Licensing.

Karlyn is a CPA, former KPMG and Price Waterhouse consultant, and former Controller with over 12 years of experience. If there is ever a question about how something should be accounted for, Karlyn has the answer or will find it. She is persistent, detail oriented and resourceful. Karlyn has significant experience in Real Estate, Healthcare, Services, and Energy industries. With a commitment to service and quality, Karlyn has saved many an entrepreneur from the “bad bookkeeper.”

Stacy has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Florida International University in Miami, Florida.  She received her CPA License in 1994 and worked for KPMG Peat Marwick, a large international CPA firm, for 4 years after college.  She then moved on to specialize in small to medium sized companies with local CPA firms servicing a wide range of industries and offering a wide range of accounting and tax services.
